
The governor of Aguascalientes, Tere Jiménez, participated in the 10th Assembly of Partners of the Aguascalientes Industrial Cluster (CLIA) as a special guest. During the meeting, she held an open dialogue with cluster members on various topics related to the state's economic development and reiterated her commitment to continue working to establish Aguascalientes as a reference for attracting investments.
In her words, the governor stated: “We will continue to work together, businesses and government, so that Aguascalientes keeps advancing and maintains its growth dynamics, because if there is economic and industrial development, there is also social development and, consequently, a better quality of life for our people.”
Tere Jiménez highlighted that the State Government is constantly working to create the necessary conditions for companies to thrive and improve their productivity. She stressed the importance of having security, labor peace, rule of law, and a high-quality workforce in the region.
During the assembly, Armando Ávila Moreno, president of CLIA, presented a recognition to the governor for her support of the industrial sector. Ávila Moreno emphasized Tere Jiménez's interest in promoting the economic development of Aguascalientes and mentioned that CLIA, which currently brings together 33 strategic companies and generates more than 35 thousand jobs, seeks to promote competitiveness, innovation, and industrial excellence in the state.
Juan José García, director of Nissan A2, thanked the support of the State Government and reiterated the company's willingness to collaborate closely with local authorities for the continuous progress of Aguascalientes.
During the meeting, the economic achievements reached in the state were discussed, as well as the challenges and opportunities to strengthen the industrial ecosystem of Aguascalientes. Activity reports, monthly balances, and other topics related to the cluster's operation were also presented.
