The Benito Juárez Mayor's Office leads in promoting formal employment among the 16 mayor's offices in the city, currently offering over 4,000 active job openings through its Job Bank. This initiative aims to enable neighbors to access job offers in various areas such as security, sales, cleaning, health, mechanics, among others. The platform has records of 53 companies and more than 4,000 vacancies available, also targeted at older adults, individuals with disabilities, and migrants.
The diversity of job opportunities includes positions such as financial advisors, security guards, counter staff, warehouse assistants, cashiers, analysts, mechanics, among others. The Benito Juárez Job Bank stands out for its active promotion across various channels, such as the website, and offers in-person, virtual, and phone assistance, thus expanding its reach and facilitating access to these opportunities.
