Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the official opening of Secrets Mirabel Cancún Resort & Spa, a new adults-only, all-inclusive resort in Mexico. Located in the coveted Hotel Zone of Cancún, this resort is part of the brand's strategic expansion in Latin America and the Caribbean. Secrets Mirabel Cancún is situated just 13 kilometers from Cancún International Airport, positioned between the Caribbean Sea and the serene Nichupté Lagoon, ensuring stunning views and easy access to the history and culture of the Yucatán. The resort offers an eight distinct restaurants, featuring French, Mediterranean, and Asian cuisine, as well as a steakhouse, all available without reservations. Activities include an expert-led 'agave journey' and cultural classes on Mexican customs, traditions, and history. The expansive Secrets Spa, with an opening date to be announced later, will offer traditional Mayan treatments incorporating ancestral rituals and healing techniques. The resort has implemented sustainability initiatives focusing on environmental responsibility and community impact, including soap and plastic cap recycling programs for local health initiatives, and a focus on local culinary ingredients and art. For weddings, meetings, and events, the resort features a 2,800-square-foot ballroom and a variety of indoor and outdoor venues.
