In videos shared on social media, the two individuals can be seen lying on the ground, bleeding from their face and nose, while they are verbally and physically assaulted by a group of people. The individuals were beaten with a motorcycle helmet and kicked in the face.

According to sources from the municipal government, the alleged robbers were chased and beaten by colleagues of the Didi delivery person who had been the victim of the robbery.

One video shows how the attackers are questioned about the location of a motorcycle and are demanded to reveal their name. One of them responds while crying, mentioning that his name is Hector.

Later, a state police van arrived at the scene, accompanied by about 20 motorcyclists, many of whom were identified by the distinctive bag of the Didi company. The alleged robbers were rescued from the angry mob, but not before receiving punches and kicks.

One of the assaulted individuals was taken to the Public Ministry of Chimalhuacán, while his accomplice was transported to the 90 Beds hospital in the same municipality. Authorities have initiated an investigation regarding this incident.
