In the municipality of Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León, the Monterrey-based company Coexsa plans to build a new industrial park. The infrastructure will consist of 24 industrial lots, on which an industrial building will be constructed along with its service areas. In total, this project will occupy an area of one million 491 thousand square meters.
The company aims to complete the construction of the Milenium Industrial Park in Ciénega de Flores within a period of 6 years. This plan will be carried out in six stages, each lasting 1 year. Coexsa plans to invest around 100 million pesos, mainly for urbanization. This is because the project area currently lacks basic services such as potable water, sewage, electricity, telephone, and internet, necessary for the operation of the park.
"We are excited to contribute to the industrial development of the region. The Milenium Industrial Park in Ciénega de Flores will bring new opportunities for economic growth and employment in the area," commented a representative of Coexsa about the project.
