Judge links suspect in Kimberly's femicide to process

The State Attorney General's Office clarified that the process will continue according to legal stages, while complementary proceedings are carried out to fully clarify the facts. The decision was made after the Public Ministry presented evidence that, according to the judge, are sufficient to sustain the probable responsibility of the accused. As stated in the hearing, the evidence includes records that place the victim on the Chamilpa campus of the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos (UAEM), where she was last seen, as well as other clues that allowed the judge to consider the accusation well-founded. These actions led to the intensification of the search, which culminated in the discovery of the body in a wooded area near the university campus. Today we have taken an important step so that Kimberly Joselin can have justice. With facts, we are responding to the family and the university community.
