Municipal Police of Delicias, Chihuahua, arrested a 25-year-old woman identified as Cecilia 'N', after she allegedly attacked two employees with a bladed weapon inside a supermarket. The incident occurred last Friday night, between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM, at a supermarket located between First and Third Poniente streets, in the municipality of Delicias, causing moments of panic among customers and workers. According to local media, the woman reportedly took a knife from the kitchen utensils area to attack the victims without apparent provocation. Videos shared on social media show that the incident was preceded by screams, insults, and destruction within the business; witnesses stated that the aggressor showed erratic behavior. The victims were identified as Mariana 'N', 29, and Michelle Alejandra 'N', 29. Both were transferred to IMSS Clinic 11 for medical attention. One of the women had to undergo emergency surgery due to an abdominal wound, while the other suffered injuries to her arm and hand. The State Attorney General's Office (FGE) opened an investigation file for the crime of injuries, although it could be reclassified as attempted homicide. So far, the motive for the attack has not been reported.
