Pablo Lemus Navarro has been ratified as the elected governor of Jalisco, with official recognition from the electoral institute. He will take office on December 6, 2024, focusing on development and economic initiatives.

In the recent session of the Congress of the State of Jalisco, Executive Secretary Christian Flores Garza announced that the agreement regarding the designation of the elected governor, Jesús Pablo Lemus Navarro, will be sent for publication in the Official State Newspaper. Lemus's inauguration as governor is scheduled for December 6.

Jesús Pablo Lemus expressed that he has always felt like a governor, especially since the electoral day on June 2 when the people of Jalisco decided to elect him. Regarding the legal procedures that have followed the elections, Lemus expects to formally take office next month and has already requested a meeting with Mexico's President, Claudia Sheinbaum, to present the infrastructure projects of Jalisco.

After being ratified as the elected governor by various agencies and electoral courts, the Electoral and Citizen Participation Institute of Jalisco (IEPC) delivered to Pablo Lemus the certificate recognizing him as the constitutional governor of the state for the period 2024-2030. During the session of the General Council of the IEPC, Lemus was officially declared the elected governor of Jalisco.

In his message, Pablo Lemus emphasized that his management will be characterized by obtaining results and promoting economic development in Jalisco. He assured that his government will be close to the citizens, cheerful, respectful, and focused on achieving tangible results for the state, without falling into polarization and conflicts. Lemus emphasized that Jalisco will be an example of economic and social progress under his administration.
