The former footballer has blamed the league clubs for giving more opportunities to foreign players at the expense of Mexican talents, which, according to him, has impacted the performance of teams like Chivas.

In recent tournaments, the Guadalajara team has disappointed its followers with eliminations and negative results, generating criticism and questions about the club's direction and projects.

Additionally, the former footballer suggested to the Chivas management to incorporate more foreign players, following the MX League regulations that allow up to 7 or 8 foreigners per team, in order to enhance the club's competitiveness.
