The events took place in the municipality of Huixquilucan. During the sentencing hearing, which followed a previous guilty verdict, the judicial authority determined to impose 10 years in prison for each of the two crimes committed against the victim, totaling two decades in prison. According to the investigations of the State of Mexico Prosecutor's Office, the abuse occurred at the convict's home, located in the Constituyentes de 1917 neighborhood in Huixquilucan. The first attack was recorded on January 1, 2024. The Attorney General's Office of Justice of the State of Mexico obtained a 20-year prison sentence against Luis Fernando Padilla Manzo, better known on social media as 'Fer Italia', after proving his responsibility for the rape of a 16-year-old adolescent. After concluding the legal process, the judicial authority determined his guilt and issued the guilty verdict. The state Prosecutor's Office reported that Luis Fernando Padilla Manzo faces another judicial process for the crime of rape, this time against a woman who was his romantic partner. The judicial mandate was carried out on August 28, 2025, when 'Fer Italia' entered the Lic. Juan Fernández Albarrán Penitentiary and Social Reintegration Center in Tlalnepantla, where he remains imprisoned. According to the investigation file, Luis Fernando Padilla used deceit to take the victim to his house, where he committed the rape. The second incident occurred on March 22 of the same year. This crime also allegedly occurred in the same property in Huixquilucan. For this case, the intermediate hearing for the presentation of the accusation is scheduled for March 19, one day after the 20-year sentence was made public. On this occasion, the perpetrator allegedly threatened the teenager with leaking 'photos and videos of a sexual nature of her', which led her to go to his home again, where she was assaulted again. Upon learning of the facts, the Agent of the Public Ministry initiated the investigations and gathered the necessary evidence to request an arrest warrant.
