The inauguration of this commission took place in the Cabildo Hall with the goal of ensuring the safety of families in the city.

The commission is comprised of municipal officials from various areas, and its main focus is to promote collaboration and civic responsibility to foster peace in the community. The mayor, Alejandra Gutiérrez, emphasized the importance of involving all sectors of society in this process.

Among the key actions that the Municipal Commission will carry out are the definition of goals and strategies, the promotion of citizen participation in decision-making, the monitoring of cases to evaluate progress in prevention efforts, and the implementation of awareness campaigns to disseminate preventive messages among the population.
