According to the investigations, the accused concealed the legal reality of the project, which allowed them to obtain an undue economic benefit. The financial damage caused to the victim amounts to 20 million, 513 thousand and 60 pesos. After the events, the ministry continued with the investigations, which made it possible to identify the accused and request the corresponding judicial order.
