According to official reports, delays of up to 20 minutes have been reported at some stations, causing discomfort among passengers, especially during peak hours.

Some users expressed their discontent on social media, mentioning that waiting times are longer than those reported in official communications. Comments such as "Why does the metro stop so much towards Indios Verdes?" reflect the frustration of travelers due to the delays.

The official report from the Metro of Mexico City issued at 07:30 on this Monday indicates that, in general, the 12 lines of the transportation system present waiting times of between 5 and 6 minutes, with varying levels of influx. Some lines such as 3, 7, 8, and 12 have been classified with maximum influx, which has led to regulating passenger access at the stations.
