On March 15, Caifanes will perform in Mexico City as part of the official programming for the Vive Latino 2025 festival, which will take place at the GNP Seguros Stadium. The legendary Mexican band, with nearly 40 years of experience, will be one of the main acts on the first day of the event, performing on the main stage, the Amazon.
During their show, Caifanes will perform their hits like 'Viento', 'Afuera' and classics like 'La célula que explota'. Despite rumors circulating on social media about a free performance in the Zócalo on the same day, this information turned out to be false. The band is currently touring various cities in Mexico, having performed at the León Fair on February 2.
In addition to their participation in Vive Latino, Caifanes has scheduled performances in places such as Orizaba, Monterrey, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Tampico, Guadalajara, Aguascalientes, Mérida, Oaxaca, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Mexicali, Tijuana, Saltillo, Torreón, Cuernavaca, and Culiacán, among others. The band will perform at the Auditorio Telmex in Guadalajara on two dates, one of which is already sold out.
So far, Caifanes has not made any statements regarding the rumors about a free concert in the Zócalo of Mexico City, but their confirmed participation in Vive Latino 2025 continues to generate excitement among their followers.
