Fun at Bikini Bottom: The SpongeBob Villa Premieres in Mexico City Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon celebrate the start of the holiday season with the tree lighting and the opening of the SpongeBob Villa at Toreo Parque Central, an event that took place last Saturday, November 8th.
Inspired by the underwater world of Bikini Bottom, this interactive experience invites kids and adults to enjoy activities, colorful zones, and lots of fun, coinciding with the upcoming premiere of the new SpongeBob movie.
A Free Interactive Experience Starting November 9th, Toreo Parque Central becomes the perfect destination to experience the holiday spirit. Additionally, the Pop-Up Store will be open daily until January 6th.
The New Cinematic Adventure The holiday celebration coincides with the premiere of the new movie, "SpongeBob: In Search of the Square Pants," which will hit theaters on December 25, 2025. "In this new adventure, SpongeBob and his friends embark on the biggest and unmissable cinematic event. Desperate to be a grown-up, SpongeBob follows the Flying Dutchman, the mysterious ghost pirate, on a maritime adventure comedy that takes him to the depths of the sea, where no Sponge has ever gone before."
The film is presented by Paramount Animation and Nickelodeon Movies, in association with Domain Entertainment and MRC, directed by Derek Drymon.

Hours and Duration of the Villa: • From November 9th to December 18th: Friday to Sunday. • From December 19th to January 6th: Monday to Sunday. • Hours (both periods): 12:00 to 20:00.
Access to the SpongeBob Villa is free; registration with the staff at the entrance arch is required. Access is granted every 20 minutes.
