Elements of the Comprehensive Risk Management and Civil Protection Directorate of the Cuauhtémoc mayor's office managed to rescue two cats, one dog, several parakeets, and several turtles alive after a fire broke out in an apartment in the Obrera neighborhood, in Mexico City. The incident occurred this Saturday afternoon in a building located at Fernando Ramírez Street number 65, where the fire began for causes yet to be determined, generating a rapid mobilization of emergency services. Teams from the Civil Protection of the demarcation arrived at the scene, who, in coordination with the Rescue and Medical Emergency Squad and the Heroic Fire Corps of Mexico City, managed to extinguish the flames and prevent the fire from spreading to other homes.
