Amidst the high demand for tickets to the "Mexico City Grand Prix 2024," agents from the Citizen Security Secretariat (SSC) carried out an operation in which they arrested 26 alleged resellers. These individuals were offering tickets at exorbitant and even counterfeit prices. The detainees have been placed at the disposal of the Civic Judge and could face severe penalties, while the operation continues to identify other potential offenders.

The SSC has deployed a strong surveillance operation at the Hermanos Rodríguez Autodrome, located in the Iztacalco mayoralty. During the intervention, six motorcycles have been impounded and multiple traffic violations have been issued to drivers who did not comply with traffic regulations. Authorities are warning that those who do not follow established guidelines could face additional penalties.

Attendees are urged about the importance of taking precautions, safeguarding their belongings, and avoiding risky situations at such a large-scale event. The SSC's priority is to manage traffic, prevent congestion, and ensure the safety of spectators against potential incidents.

Additionally, drastic measures have been implemented to keep traffic routes clear, especially the Piedad River Viaduct and nearby streets, preventing them from becoming congestion zones. With a massive influx of attendees at the event, authorities are working hard to maintain order and security in the area.
