Severe delays in the Mexico City Metro

This Friday, November 1st, the Mexico City Collective Transportation System (STC) Metro has faced various issues that have caused delays on several lines, leading to discomfort for users. According to reports from social media, Line 9 of the Metro was affected by a lack of service, causing delays and frustrations among those waiting to board at the stations.

Users expressed their discontent upon encountering trains stopped at different stations, such as on Line 3 heading to Universidad, where passengers had to deal with prolonged stops. Line A also experienced significant delays, generating dissatisfaction among travelers.

Amidst the interruptions in service, the Mexico City Metro indicated that maneuvers were being conducted to resolve inconveniences, such as the removal of metallic objects from the tracks. Despite attempts to improve the situation, delays persisted, affecting passenger mobility.

On the other hand, Line 8 also experienced problems, adding to the list of inconveniences the transportation system faced that day. Users expressed their annoyance and frustration through social media due to the delays and trains stopped between stations, complicating their travels.

Despite the information provided by the STC Metro regarding the progress of the trains, users continued to report failures and delays in service, which forced them to take additional precautions when using the transport. Authorities urged passengers to cooperate and allow the doors to close to avoid further setbacks in the operation of the affected lines.
