In the early morning of November 1, an unusual incident was recorded in the Miguel Hidalgo borough of Mexico City, where a Tesla Cybertruck crashed into the facade of a house. In the vehicle, valued at more than 2 million pesos, were two men, approximately 50 and 35 years old. Prior to the crash with the house, they had a minor collision with another car, which triggered the loss of control by the driver.
Despite the resistance reputation that the Cybertruck boasts, the damages to the front of the vehicle were visible after the impact. Images shared on social media show the accident site, which took place at the intersection of Gral. Pedro Antonio de los Santos Avenue and Capitán Martínez de Castro Street, in the San Miguel Chapultepec neighborhood.
After the accident, the driver of the Cybertruck chose to flee on foot, leaving the vehicle at the impact site. So far, no arrests related to this event have been reported. At least one person involved in the incident was taken to a hospital, although no details about their health status have been provided.
