
The Command, Control, Computing, Communications and Citizen Contact Center of Mexico City (C5) informed about the mobilizations and demonstrations planned for Friday, November 1, in the capital and recommended that citizens take precautions.
One of the events is "Mictlan Rebelde" in memory of the defenders of mother earth, which will take place at 10:00 at the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN), located at Av. 135, Col. Tabacalera. Another demonstration will be at 17:00 at the Plaza de las Tres Culturas, where the Committee 68 “Prolibertades Democráticas” will demand the release of a detained family member at IZTP 6 in Col. Campestre Potrero.
Siembra Cultura A.C. has planned a playful table and peaceful protest at 09:00 at the esplanade of the Estela de Luz, while the Collective “La Comuna 4:20” will hold a "Collective Cannabis Offering 2024" at the Congress of Mexico City at 10:00, demanding safe spaces for consumers and freedom of possession and recreational cultivation.
The Otomí Indigenous community in Mexico City will hold a press conference at 12:00 at the National Institute of Indigenous Peoples to denounce aggression against indigenous peoples. The Feminist Collective “Daughters of Cannabis” will demand safe spaces for consumers at 13:00 at the Museum of Memory and Tolerance.
On the other hand, the Collective “Platform 4:20” will promote its demand for the right to free development of personality and respect for the human rights of the LGBTTTIQ+ community and cannabis consumers at 12:00 at the Monument to the Mother. There will also be an exhibition of modified cars and motorcycles by Arrancones Relax at the "Plaza Oriente" Shopping Center at 21:00.
