Severe Delays in Mexico City Metro Service

Users of the Mexico City Metro have reported significant delays on Line 3 and Line 12, causing frustration among passengers. While authorities state there are no breakdowns, frequent stops and high passenger volume are contributing to the service disruptions. Metro users in Mexico City report issues with the service on lines 2 and 3. Regarding Line 3, which runs from Indios Verdes to Universidad, several users have complained of delays in the train circulation heading toward Universidad, causing setbacks in passenger travel. However, the Metro reported that there are no breakdowns on Line 3, only a high influx of users.

On the other hand, on Line 12, users have experienced severe delays in train progress. One user shared their frustration on social media about having to wait more than 15 minutes without any train passing. In response, Metro authorities clarified that there are no reports of breakdowns on Line 12, but urged passengers to allow the doors of the cars to close freely to avoid delays in train operations.

Additionally, users have expressed their dissatisfaction with the operation of the fans inside the cars, requesting that they be turned off due to the cold they generate. Metro authorities promised to review this request with the operational area to address the situation.
