
This morning in the Iztacalco Municipality, the issuance of the Permanent License for private vehicles took place through a macro-module in the Arms Room, with service available every day. Authorities will soon inform about the new location of the macro-module. In this regard, the Government of Mexico City announced the establishment of more operational modules from Monday to Sunday to facilitate the permanent license process for citizens.
Jessica Paola Olivares became the first person to obtain the permanent license in Mexico City by completing the process at the macro-module of the Arms Room in Magdalena Mixiuhca. With eight years of driving experience, Jessica expressed her excitement about obtaining her license and highlighted the responsibility that driving entails, mentioning that it is crucial to be cautious and responsible behind the wheel.
During the day, hundreds of people gathered early to start the process for their permanent license. Among the requirements to obtain it are having a previous Type A License issued by the Secretariat of Mobility, not having been sanctioned for driving under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, and not having been sentenced for traffic incidents caused by negligence resulting in injuries or loss of life to third parties.
The cost of the permanent license is 1,500 pesos and appointments can be made in advance at the macro-module of the Secretariat of Mobility located at the Magdalena Mixhuca Sports City on November 16 and 17.
