The Attorney General's Office of Justice of Mexico City (FGJ-CDMX) has released the sketch of a suspected serial rapist that is believed to be operating in the Cuajimalpa borough. The victim who triggered this alert is a 57-year-old Uber driver, who reported being attacked after dropping off some users on Avenida Juárez, almost at the corner with Eje Central.

According to police reports, the aggressor requests rides on transportation apps, asking to be taken to a church. Once inside the vehicle, he forces the driver to get out, robs her of her belongings, pushes her against a wall, and commits sexual assault. Additionally, he mentions that he belongs to a cartel with origins in the state of Jalisco.

In the first documented case, which occurred in September 2024, the victim was a 27-year-old woman who took a ride from the Northern Bus Terminal to a plaza in the Santa Fe area. In the most recent attack, which took place in January 2025, a driver was approached to be taken to the church of Nuestra Señora de Covadonga in Lomas de Chapultepec but was diverted to Cuajimalpa, where the aggression occurred.

So far, two investigation files have been opened regarding these events, raising concern both among authorities and the community. The victims have indicated that the aggressor may be from the state of Jalisco, although his identity remains unconfirmed. Citizens are urged to report any information that may help locate the aggressor, and drivers and users of transportation apps are encouraged to take extra precautions and report any suspicious behavior.
