The attack took place at a residence in Park Pedregal, where the influencer attempted to escape after the assault but was arrested by elements of the Ciudad de México Secretariat of Citizen Security. The Ciudad de México Attorney General's Office has initiated a formal investigation against Gonzaga, opening case file FJPA/192/02 to clarify the facts and determine the appropriate charges.
In relation to this case, the Public Prosecutor's Office continues to analyze the evidence to define the most appropriate type of accusation against Marianne Gonzaga. According to the Penal Code of Ciudad de México, intentional injuries can carry sentences ranging from six to eight years in prison if they cause damage affecting the victim's organ functions, limbs, organs, or abilities, or in cases of deformities, incurable diseases, or permanent deterioration of physical or mental health. Gonzaga could face more serious charges if attempted homicide is considered.
