Today No Circulates: Restrictions for March 3

The Hoy No Circula program will be applied in the 18 municipalities of the State of Mexico and in the 16 boroughs of Mexico City on Monday, March 3, 2025, for vehicles with yellow stickers and license plate endings 5 and 6, as well as those with hologram 1 or 2.

Regarding the possibility of a double Hoy No Circula, it will not be in effect for this Monday, as air quality has not generated problems that warrant an environmental contingency. The Environmental Commission of the Megalopolis (CAMe) has not issued any alerts in this regard.

The cars that will be allowed to circulate this Monday are electric, hybrid, those with ecological plates or exempt holograms, as well as vehicles with hologram "00" or "0". In addition, private vehicles for health personnel, school transport, funeral processions, vehicles for people with disabilities, funeral services, public transport, and motorcycles with the corresponding permits will also be able to circulate.

On the other hand, vehicles with red, blue, pink, and green stickers are also exempt from the program's restrictions. It is important to remember that the Hoy No Circula is implemented to reduce pollution and improve air quality in the metropolitan area.
