In this context, Mexico City is preparing for temperatures of up to 32 degrees Celsius due to Holy Saturday, a day when people traditionally take the opportunity to get wet in the streets. The Secretariat of Integral Risk Management and Civil Protection has issued a yellow alert due to the high temperatures forecasted in at least 10 municipalities.

The population is advised to use sunscreen, wear light clothing, and avoid eating outdoors due to the extreme heat.
Regarding air quality, Good Friday has recorded very poor and poor air quality at most monitoring stations in the Valley of Mexico. According to the report at 3:00 PM, high concentrations of ozone and PM10 and PM2.5 pollutants have been identified in the region. Additionally, a warning remains in place due to high ultraviolet radiation, which is at level 10.
