Intense Cold and Alert in CDMX. The Secretariat of Comprehensive Risk Management and Civil Protection (SGIRPC) activated an Orange Alert in the Tlalpan borough, where temperatures between 1 and 3 degrees Celsius are expected from 00:00 to 08:00 on Wednesday, March 25.
