Hoy No Circula Update for October 24 in Mexico City

Today, Thursday, October 24th, all vehicles with green stickers, whose plates end in 1 and 2, and have hologram 1 or 2, must stay at home in the State of Mexico and in the 16 boroughs of Mexico City due to the Hoy No Circula program. There will be no double Hoy No Circula as there are no ozone particle issues or air quality alerts issued by the Environmental Commission of the Megalopolis (CAMe).

Vehicles that can circulate this Thursday include: electric and hybrid cars, those with ecological license plates or exempt holograms, those with hologram "00" or "0", private vehicles of health personnel with valid credentials, ambulances, school and staff transportation, funeral vehicles with valid holograms, cars for persons with disabilities with a permit to exempt from Hoy No Circula, vehicles with public service registration cards, motorcycles with Tourist Pass or permit from the Ministry of the Environment, and those cars with pink, blue, yellow, and red stickers.
