This Tuesday, October 29, transportation users in Mexico City have expressed their frustration over the slow movement of trains on Line 3, which runs from Indios Verdes to Universidad. Some users have reported a lack of progress on the line and have described it as old and slow. It has been reported that the trains heading towards Indios Verdes also have issues on their route to Universidad.
On the other hand, users have reported failures on Line 9 of the Mexico City Collective Transportation System (STC) Metro. They have expressed their concerns on social media, accusing the system of problems, as trains are not moving, causing delays in service. Wait times on Line 9 have exceeded 10 minutes.
In response to complaints on social media, the CDMX Metro has stated that all lines are operating normally and have assured that the wait time is only 5 minutes. However, users continue to report delays and issues on Lines 3 and 9. Some citizens have complained about the lack of movement of the trains and have voiced their dissatisfaction on social media.
As for the other lines, no failures have been reported so far, but users are advised to stay alert and take precautions, as Metro service may be intermittent throughout the day. It is expected that train circulation will normalize shortly, despite the circumstances presented during the day.
