Due to the Hoy No Circula program, vehicles with yellow stickers, plate endings 5 and 6, and hologram 1 or 2 will not be able to circulate this Monday, January 20, 2025, in the 18 municipalities bordering the State of Mexico and in the 16 boroughs of Mexico City.
There will be no double Hoy No Circula for this day, as the Megalopolis Environmental Commission has not issued an alert for poor air quality conditions. This program is only applied in cases of environmental contingencies to reduce pollution.
Electric and hybrid cars, vehicles with ecological registration or exempt-type holograms, those with holograms '00' or '0', as well as vehicles used by healthcare workers, ambulances, school transport, vehicles for funeral processions, cars for people with disabilities with a valid permit, and public service vehicles will be able to circulate without restrictions this Monday.
Additionally, motorcycles with a valid Tourist Pass or permission from the Ministry of the Environment, as well as cars with red, blue, pink, and green stickers will also not be subject to the Hoy No Circula.
