The company El Oso, specialized in shoe care products, suffered a robbery of two million pesos in cash during an eviction carried out on January 17. According to its legal representative, Mario Alberto Cardoso, the action caused damages amounting to 20 million pesos, including property, money, and destruction in offices and vehicles.

During the proceedings, which involved the presence of more than 100 people, acts of vandalism occurred, the historical heritage of the company was deteriorated, and various items were taken, such as raw materials, furniture, computer equipment, and telecommunication devices, as well as sensitive information. Despite the presence of a dozen agents from the Secretary of Citizen Security, the eviction got out of control.

The official from the Superior Court of Justice responsible for the proceedings could not contain the situation, allowing more than 150 people to carry out criminal actions without any restrictions. In light of this situation, complaints have been filed for illegal deprivation of liberty, injuries, and theft with the Attorney General's Office of Justice for Mexico City.

In this regard, the company's legal representative has called for a review of the actions of the public servants involved and the implementation of protocols for this type of operation in the business sector. He also urges the relevant authorities to carry out the necessary investigations to recover the property taken by the criminals.
