Maribel Guardia, the renowned actress, recently shared that the happiest day of her life was when her grandson was born and that today she is living the second happiest. The controversy arises due to the relationship between Maribel Guardia and Imelda Tuñón, the actress's former daughter-in-law. Since late January, it was revealed that Maribel had filed a lawsuit against Imelda, accusing her of abandonment and domestic violence. As a result, José Julián, son of Julián Figueroa, was temporarily cared for by Maribel while investigations were being conducted.

However, recently, Imelda Tuñón was able to reunite with her son, demonstrating that the accusations against her were false. Journalist Addis Tuñón, Imelda's aunt, confirmed in a live broadcast that José Julián was already home with his mother. Furthermore, it was revealed that Imelda was receiving strange packages at her home, which raised suspicions.
An Instagram post by Imelda, showing joined hands, implied a possible change in the custody of José Julián. Subsequently, it was verified that the child was again with his mother, putting an end to this family controversy.
