
José Alberto Pérez Enrique, known as "El Víbora", is being linked to the homicide of Irving Gutiérrez Hernández, 30 years old, which took place on September 14, 2024, in the El Rodeo neighborhood. "El Víbora" has been identified as an individual connected to the generation of violence in the area, dedicated to the sale and distribution of narcotics. The Investigation Police have issued an arrest warrant for the crime of Qualified Homicide.
In an effort to prevent and deter crimes, as well as strengthen the relationship with the citizenry, different entities such as the SSC_CDMX, the Attorney General's Office of Mexico City, the Álvaro Obregón mayor's office, and other government agencies have intensified their presence in the area where "El Víbora" operated.
Juan Carlos Romero Reyes, alias "El Batuca", 35 years old, is a hitman who is part of the criminal cell "Los Pacíficos", led by an individual known as "El Dientes". Following the release from prison of the latter, a dispute erupted over control of the territory for the sale of drugs and weapons in the neighborhoods Unidad Habitacional Popular Tepeaca and Adolfo López Mateos, also in Álvaro Obregón.
On the other hand, Zoé Ixoye Benitez Arellano, alias "El Greco", 18 years old, is a member of a criminal group made up of young people and minors self-named "Los Mudos", a faction of "Los Malcriados 3AD", dedicated to the sale of drugs at retail and to the homicide of rival gang members. He has been linked to the murder of Jorge Mendoza Arévalo, committed on November 20, 2024, in the Las Águilas neighborhood.
