In both cases, the alleged perpetrators made economic demands to the girl's family under threats. The first incident occurred on November 23, 2025, when the minor's father received a call from his ex-partner, Lilian 'N', who informed him that the girl had been kidnapped while they were riding on a scooter. However, the investigation established that the minor was in a car with the alleged perpetrators. From there, Jesús 'N' contacted the father to demand 70,000 pesos in cash. The Prosecutor's Office of Justice of Mexico City (FGJCDMX) reported the detention and formal charging of Lilian 'N' and Jesús 'N' for the crimes of aggravated kidnapping and simulated kidnapping against a minor, in events that occurred in the Miguel Hidalgo borough. According to the investigation, the minor was deprived of her liberty on two occasions, in November 2025 and January 2026, in the Tacubaya neighborhood. The money was delivered to Lilian 'N' at a self-service store in the Santa Fe area. Subsequently, the minor was located in the Bellavista neighborhood, Álvaro Obregón borough. On January 26, 2026, the alleged perpetrators repeated the scheme, this time demanding 100,000 pesos from the minor's grandmother. The Investigation Police recommended not making the payment, and after the girl's release, it was determined that it was a simulated kidnapping. Based on interviews, camera reviews, and other evidence, a judge ordered preventive prison and set a four-month deadline for the complementary investigation to close.
