Special Transport for Liga MX Final in Mexico City

Special transport has been launched in Mexico City for the Liga MX final. For the 14th round of the Clausura, one of the most anticipated moments will take place: the Clásico Joven, where 'Club América' and 'Cruz Azul' are fighting for the top spot in the general table. The excitement for this match has grown as it is being held at the newly inaugurated Estadio Banorte, meaning the 'Eagles' of América will return home after playing at venues like Estadio Ciudad de los Deportes and Estadio Cuauhtémoc. Just as with the Mexico vs. Portugal match, Estadio Banorte will not have parking for fans, making public transport one of the best options. There is good news for all followers of América and the 'Máquina Celeste', as the Mexico City Mobility Secretariat announced that special public transport routes will be enabled to get to the match. The Mexico City Mobility Secretariat announced, through a press release, that a transport operation will be deployed on April 11 for the América vs. Cruz Azul match. For this purpose, 14 routes from the Passenger Transport Network (RTP) and the Electric Transport Service (STE) will be enabled, departing from various points in Mexico City. Remember that there is no parking available at Estadio Banorte, as the spaces sold through the Fankiya ticketing platform are sold out, so the best alternative to get there is via public transport or using the Park & Ride service. The 14 routes will begin to depart from their starting points at 4:00 PM and will be active until 1:00 AM. Metro and Metrobús with extended hours: Which lines close at 1:00 AM? Good news! All routes will have the following extended hours: Metrobús: Line 5 (Preparatoria 1 to Río de los Remedios); Line 1 (El Caminero to Indios Verdes); Line 2 (Tacubaya to Tepalcates); Line 7 (Campo Marte to Indios Verdes). Metro: Line 1 (Pantitlán to Observatorio); Line 2 (Tasqueña to Cuatro Caminos) and Line 9 (Tacubaya to Pantitlán). Light Rail: from Tasqueña to Xochimilco.
