Nuevo León Secures a Bright Future with New Political Agreement

The Governor of Nuevo León, Samuel Alejandro García Sepúlveda, reached a political agreement after a negotiation process that will allow him to secure a budget to promote social and industrial development in the next three years of his administration.

In a message disseminated, García detailed that as part of the political agreement reached, the approval of the state budget for the year 2025 and the designation of a new Attorney General of Justice are included. He emphasized that this will facilitate the growth of Nuevo León by consolidating works related to mobility, water, and other aspects during the second three-year period of his mandate.

The Governor thanked the deputies and the political forces involved for reaching this important agreement, which will include the presence of a Prosecutor who will contribute to strengthening justice and security in the entity.

In his words: "In terms of budget, I couldn't be happier, after three years we now have the guarantee of having the resources to finish all the promised and started public works and to be able to conclude the ones we haven't finished in these three years, especially water projects, and mobility projects, among them are Lines 4 and 6 of the metro."

"It will be the longest line on the continent, it will connect from the airport to the passenger train of President Claudia Sheinbaum and will be connected to the entire metro network, transmetro, and obviously the two thousand new buses arriving this year in Nuevo León," added García Sepúlveda.
