A municipal official from Nezahualcóyotl was caught on camera apparently intoxicated while traveling in an official vehicle, according to a video shared on social media that has caused controversy. It is Erika Vianey Potrero Terán, municipal director of Education, who appears in the passenger seat trying to evade the camera of a citizen who confronts her. An investigation into the drunken official has been ordered.
