In terms of security, the increase of 600 new soldiers to reinforce the border with Tamaulipas was emphasized. Additionally, reforestation in the region was highlighted as part of the strategy to promote a greener and more sustainable city.
The governor also highlighted advances in culture, with the creation of four museums and the implementation of programs such as Limpia León to promote cleanliness in the city. He thanked the Good Governance Cabinet for their work and recognized that, despite the achievements, there have also been mistakes along the way.
In transportation, it was reported about a record increase in the issuance of plates and registrations, as well as the investment in improving the public transportation system, with the construction of new Metro lines and the acquisition of 2,500 low-emission trucks.
