The International Horse Festival (FICTlajo) of Electrolit 2025 is now underway in Jalisco. This event, held at the Santa María de Tlajomulco Charro Arena, began on February 22 and will run until March 2. Organized by the Local Cattle Association of Tlajomulco with the support of the municipal government, the FIC Jalisco is recognized as one of the most emblematic events internationally representing the culture and tradition of the state.
During this celebration, various activities take place, including cultural and gastronomic events as well as musical performances. This year, FICTlajo brings together exhibitors and ambassadors from more than 10 countries, including Spain, the United States, and England. The main objective of the event is to position Tlajomulco as the horse capital of Mexico.
A portion of the funds raised at the International Horse Festival will be allocated to assistance programs of the System for the Integral Development of the Family (DIF) of Tlajomulco, thus turning the event into an altruistic action with social impact.
The governor of Jalisco, Pablo Lemus, has invited the residents of the region to enjoy this cultural event. In a message shared on social media, Lemus highlighted the importance of hosting such an internationally significant event in Jalisco and encouraged citizens to attend to experience and enjoy the charro traditions, cuisine, and much more that the Tlajomulco International Horse Festival 2025 Electrolit has to offer.
