Horrific Discovery of Buried Bodies in Tultitlán

On Friday, March 14, 2025, two men were discovered bagged and buried alive in the Benito Juárez neighborhood of the municipality of Tultitlán, State of Mexico. The men were found bound with tape, one of them already without vital signs. This incident adds to another similar case that occurred in San Pablo Salinas in Tultitlán on March 3, where three people were found under similar circumstances, one of whom survived.

The discovery of the bagged bodies came after neighbors alerted local authorities. According to initial reports, upon arriving at the scene, one of the men was already deceased. The two men were fighting for their lives, taped and tied up. Despite efforts, only one of them was able to survive after being rescued and rushed to a nearby hospital.

The survivor, estimated to be between 30 and 35 years old, is being treated in the hospital, while his deceased companion was transferred to the morgue for the corresponding autopsy. Local authorities have cordoned off the area and are conducting investigations, as there are suspicions of criminal activities related to drug trafficking in the Tultitlán area. Investigation files are being established to clarify these cases.

"... the two men were taped and tied up, fighting for their lives," said Luis Cárdenas, journalist. Violence in the State of Mexico seems to be escalating, and cases like these generate concern in the community.
