Conditions in Toluca forecast minimum temperatures between 5 and 7 degrees, and maximums between 19 and 21 degrees. Regarding precipitation, Tropical Wave No. 28 will cause downpours with possible thunderstorms in some areas, while frost is expected in Chihuahua, Durango, State of Mexico, Morelos, Tlaxcala, Puebla, Veracruz, and high areas of Baja California.
For the Valley of Mexico, minimum temperatures of 10 to 12 degrees Celsius and maximums of 22 to 24 degrees are anticipated. In the higher regions of the State of Mexico, snowfall or sleet is expected near the Popocatépetl, Iztaccíhuatl, and Pico de Orizaba volcanoes. The weather in the capital of the country will be mild with clear skies.
Tropical Wave No. 28 moving over the southern Yucatán Peninsula and the southeast of the country will cause intense rains in Veracruz, Oaxaca, Chiapas, and Tabasco. In states like Puebla and Yucatán, heavy rains will be reported, while Campeche and Quintana Roo are expected to experience more intense precipitation.
In other entities such as Tamaulipas, San Luis Potosí, Michoacán, Querétaro, Hidalgo, Tlaxcala, Morelos, and Guerrero, light showers are forecasted. With the arrival of cooler temperatures, the fresh atmosphere is already felt in Mexico, especially in the south of the country, where heavy rains are expected due to the passage of the Tropical Wave.
