The Government Representation Office of Tamaulipas in Nuevo León has implemented facilities for the payment of vehicle fees and the delivery of license plates without the need to travel to the state. Beatriz de Cos Lara, head of the office, mentioned that the delivery of plates is now available directly at their facilities located in Cintermex at Avenida Fundidora 501, level 1, Local 4, colonia Obrera.
Among the requirements for the procedure are the previous circulation card, a copy of a valid official identification, a recent proof of address from the state of Nuevo León, the corresponding payment receipt, and the previous plates of the vehicle. In case the procedure is carried out by a third party, a simple power of attorney letter granted by the vehicle owner and two witnesses must be attached, along with the official identifications of the signers.
Beatriz de Cos Lara emphasized the commitment to facilitate vehicle procedures for citizens in Nuevo León, ensuring that they can fulfill their tax obligations efficiently and without setbacks. The office hours are from 08:00 to 15:00.
Additionally, it highlights the possibility of making the payment of the renewal fee online, allowing taxpayers to carry out this procedure digitally.
