Banco Santander Mexico launched the second edition of the "Santander Academic Excellence Scholarships 2025" with the aim of supporting twenty outstanding students with a scholarship of 100 thousand pesos each. With this initiative, the institution seeks to support outstanding young university students and facilitate their continuity in their academic training.
The requirements to access these scholarships are to have good grades, a minimum average of 8.8, and to have completed at least 30% of the credits of their academic plan. The scholarships are aimed at students from both public and private institutions who are pursuing technical, undergraduate, master's, or doctoral studies.
Arturo Cherbowski Lask, executive director of Santander Universities, expressed his confidence that these scholarships will have a decisive impact on the professional future of the beneficiaries. The application process will be open from February 4 to April 22, 2025, and the results will be announced in June, with the delivery of financial support scheduled for September.
Banco Santander reaffirmed its commitment to education and the development of young people in Mexico through this initiative, highlighting its contribution to the country's growth and the creation of opportunities for new generations.
