CNIR 2025 Meeting Held at New Venue

The National Congress of the Meetings Industry (CNIR) is one of the most important events for business professionals in Mexico, with significant attendance and relevance in the country. During this event, companies in the tourism industry's value chain have the opportunity to establish connections, close export deals, and strengthen alliances in the same field.

The Mexican Council of the Meetings Industry (COMIR) along with the Tourism Secretariat of the Government of Tamaulipas have announced that the XXXI National Congress of the Meetings Industry (CNIR) 2025 will change its venue and date, by mutual decision due to an assessment of the event's needs. The new location and date will be announced shortly, thanking the interest and efforts of the Tamaulipas authorities.

"We deeply appreciate the interest shown by the Tamaulipas authorities, the time and efforts dedicated so far, and we are confident that, in the future, we can explore new opportunities for collaboration." - Michel Wohlmuth, president of COMIR.

The change of venue for CNIR 2025 not only benefits the host destination with a substantial economic boost but also provides a unique opportunity for participants to explore a new tourist destination, expanding their professional and personal horizons. Additionally, an economic spillover of approximately 15 million pesos is expected during the event days.

The event at the new location will feature updated and adapted infrastructure that will facilitate interaction and communication among participants, as well as the creation of strategic alliances. Local businesses from the host destination will have the opportunity to showcase their services and products to a highly specialized audience, while participants will have access to the latest trends in congress organization, including elements of sustainability and advanced digitization.
