To safeguard the integrity of the population and visitors during the Easter holiday period, the State Government, through Nuevo León Civil Protection, has implemented a special prevention and security operation. For this season, a task force of over 1,300 elements from the State Civil Protection System has been deployed, including paramedics, firefighters, and state and municipal personnel. This deployment is carried out in coordination with authorities from the three levels of government, security corporations, and emergency bodies to strengthen the response capacity to any contingency.

Actions and Strategic Surveillance The operation contemplates various surveillance and assistance actions at key points in the State: • Land patrols: Preventive tours on state and federal highways, as well as in tourist destinations, beaches, rivers, and natural areas. • Aquatic surveillance: Specialized personnel conducts patrols with aquatic vehicles in the State's dams to provide immediate support and prevent incidents. • Aerial monitoring: Three helicopters are available to supervise hard-to-reach areas, detect risks, and provide immediate assistance in emergencies. • Attention modules: First aid posts will be set up in strategic locations to provide permanent assistance to tourists and citizens.

Rapid response teams and specialized brigades in mountain rescue, traffic accidents, and aquatic incidents are also on active duty.
