The family problems between Imelda Tuñón and Maribel Guardia seem endless. This Wednesday, January 22, Imelda went to report her mother-in-law after Maribel informed through Instagram that she had reported the mother of her grandson. Although she didn't provide details, it was leaked that the complaint was for alleged abandonment of the minor for several days and his supposed return under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
Journalist Carlos Jiménez has revealed evidence that compromises Maribel Guardia and for which she was temporarily separated from the minor, despite spending the night waiting for him to be returned.
Imelda Tuñón went to the Secretary for Women to file her complaint against Maribel Guardia. In a video posted by entertainment journalist Maxine Woodside, Imelda is seen making the complaint, without specifying the crime for which she wishes to take legal action against her mother-in-law. Imelda has stated that the Prosecutor's Office has not taken her statement following Maribel's accusations and that she has also not undergone toxicology tests.
Regarding recent videos claiming that a drug dealer left packages at Maribel's house, the actress's daughter-in-law asserts that she has no knowledge of that situation. Meanwhile, Maribel Guardia has communicated on social media that her grandson will remain under her care for the next ten days, until the authorities decide his future.
