Julio César Chávez, considered a legend of boxing and one of the greatest idols in Mexican sports, revealed a unique privilege he possesses at TV Azteca: the permission to curse on television. This special authorization was granted to him by the owner of the television network, Ricardo Salinas Pliego, during a conversation in which he assured the "Great Mexican Champion" the freedom to express himself without restrictions on screen.

During his participation in the podcast Marter Vic, Chávez shared a revealing anecdote about how he obtained this "VIP permission." At a dinner with other important figures of the television station, such as commentators Luis García and Zague, as well as soap opera actors, Salinas Pliego emphasized that only he would have the freedom to use profanity in his television appearances. According to Chávez's account, the owner of Grupo Salinas mentioned that only he, Julio César Chávez, could express himself as he wished, while the others had to moderate themselves.

Throughout his career as a commentator at TV Azteca, Chávez has narrated various fights, including those of the famous Canelo Álvarez. His carefree and unfiltered style has made him very popular, especially among generations that did not have the opportunity to see him fight in the ring. The passion and euphoria with which he comments on the fights sometimes lead him to let out a few curses live, generating laughter among his colleagues and creating viral moments on social media.
