After the death of the iconic figure of Mexican cinema, Silvia Pinal, questions arose about her inheritance. Alejandra Guzmán was named the heir to a mansion in Jardines del Pedregal but decided not to live in it, allowing her brother, Luis Enrique Guzmán, to occupy it. Luis Enrique's presence in the house revealed tensions with Sylvia Pasquel, generating rumors of a rift that were evident during Silvia Pinal's funeral when both avoided the Mexican press.
In January, Luis Enrique Guzmán posted a family photo without the actress, fueling speculation about a possible conflict between the siblings. According to information from a YouTube channel run by Inés Moreno, Luis Enrique would be living in the mansion in Jardines del Pedregal while his daughter and her boyfriend occupy his previous residence. Moreno mentioned that Luis Enrique would have ensured before their mother's passing that the property would pass entirely into his name, and now he would be planning to strip Sylvia Pasquel of her share.
Luis Enrique's plan to strip Pasquel of the mansion, according to the journalist, would take place when she participates in 'La Casa de los Famosos México,' at which point he would claim the property without issues. Moreno revealed: “He already commented that what he will do is take advantage of Sylvia Pasquel going into La Casa de los Famosos (...) he will remove her from her house and turn that into a single plot.
