The governor of Guanajuato, Libia García, presented her government program 'Guanajuato Intelligent' that will cover her term from 2024 to 2030, with the aim of promoting technology and strategic planning to bring the government closer to the citizenship. During the event held at the Juárez Theater, García highlighted the importance of innovation as a tool for transformation and announced the incorporation of 'Esperanza,' an artificial intelligence assistant that will address questions and provide information about the government plan.
In her speech, García emphasized that this project is not just a document but a living action platform designed to guide government decisions in the coming years. "We do not wait for opportunities to come, we create them," asserted the governor, ensuring that her government will be close and transparent.
The AI 'Esperanza' will be a direct communication channel with the citizenship, available 24 hours a day to answer questions about the state development plan. According to the governor, this tool will simplify procedures, improve attention, and bring public administration closer to all sectors. Three people interacted with the AI during the presentation of the government plan.
Among the main objectives of Guanajuato Intelligent are: - Digital government: Implementation of technological platforms to facilitate procedures and services online. - Transparency and participation: Greater access to public information and channels of interaction with the citizenship. - Innovation and development: Use of technology for strategic planning and data-driven decision making. - Artificial intelligence at the service of the citizen: Implementation of virtual assistants to improve attention and resolution of inquiries. - Guanajuato as a technological benchmark: Promotion of digital education and encouragement of innovative projects in the state.
With Guanajuato Intelligent, García's administration seeks to mark a new stage in public management, using technology as a bridge between the government and the citizenship.
