Chiapas Security Chief Buys Classic Cars at Bargain Prices

The Secretary of Public Security of Chiapas, Oscar Alberto Aparicio, reported in his asset declaration the possession of five vehicles, including classic models, acquired for amounts between 12,000 and 100,000 pesos. Specialists note that vehicles of this type usually fetch much higher market values, unless they are in poor condition or require restoration. This statement has drawn public interest due to the alleged bargain purchase. In another key development, Mexico and the US have launched the first bilateral round on the T-MECA agreement. Foreign ministers from both countries have instructed their teams to begin preparatory discussions on March 16 for a joint review of the agreement. This event is of great significance for the economic relations between the nations.
